Conference and event rooms may be rented by non-members and members at Collective Agency Downtown (511 SW 10th Avenue) and Montavilla (7819 SE Stark Street).

Interested in membership? Members get 3 hours per day in conference rooms for phone calls and meetings, and access to many more conference rooms and phone rooms.

Conference and event rooms are great for teambuilding meetings, planning meetings, off-sites, board meetings, training meetings, self-organizing teams, conversations, presentations, workshops, and more.

  • Two conference and two event rooms are available for non-members.
  • Various areas are available for photo shoots.
  • The weekly option is popular with companies setting up an office in Portland and out-of-town guests.
