Meetings – Amenities

Meeting and event rentals by non-members are available. Full info on meetings is at

  • The event rooms have: a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, tall ceilings, lots of natural light, wood floors at Montavilla and carpet Downtown, many plants, and artwork.
  • The conference rooms have: lots of natural light, windows with a view of the backyard and a door that opens to the patio and backyard at Montavilla, and a full wall of windows with a view of West Portland as far as the St Johns Bridge 7 miles away, and carpeted floor.
  • Fast and reliable internet access (wifi and ethernet available), one of the fastest in Portland.
  • High-resolution 1080P projector and large 9-foot screen.
  • Big whiteboards.
  • Flipcharts, markers, easels.
  • A sound system with speakers, wired and wireless mics, audio in, and a wifi/ethernet speakerphone (say in advance if you’ll want this).
  • Printers, copier, scanner, fax
  • Heat and air conditioning, with custom temperature adjustable in each room.
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Kitchen access, and backyard access at Montavilla
  • Gender-neutral restrooms available
  • Food and drink:
    • Any caterer for meetings (coffee or tea is available for meetings at $19.50 per 12 cups, or you can bring your own. Up to 4 cups of coffee per meeting in our kitchen is no charge. Water is set up for every meeting.) Elephant’s Deli is the recommended caterer.
  • Herman Miller chairs for meetings, and many folding chairs.
  • The rooms are visually- and sound-enclosed, with walls and doors.
