In March earlier this year we stopped doing meeting rentals for non-members, but starting this month, we’re now doing meeting rentals again. We have three conference rooms and two event rooms.

From 2011 to 2017 we had over 600 conference room and event rentals, to companies of all sizes in Portland and from out of town, including 10 of the Fortune Global 100 and Portland’s best-known brands. In 2016 we were listed as the “#1 favorite spot for a memorable party or meeting in Portland.”

Most of our meetings happen during the weekday, but can be available any time with advance notice.

All money from meeting rentals goes to buy nice things for both locations.

Also, our SE Division location is available for meetings by non-members with a minimum of at least 16 hours rental paid with 3 months notice.

Meetings Downtown are 3 hours minimum, $55 per hour in conference rooms for up to 10 people and $125 per hour in event rooms for up to 45 people.
