With at least 2 weeks notice could start subleasing or leasing 1,000-2,000 square feet with right of first refusal to expand into nearby locations.
***3,000 to 7,000 square feet gross (current location is 5,000 square feet gross, 4,000 square feet net).
***Open office environment: 1 big room (about half the size of the total), 1 smaller room or entryway/lounge, kitchenette, 2 restrooms, 3-8 private conference rooms.
