Meetings in conference and event rooms are available for rent any time for up to 14 or 125 people. Conference and event rooms may be rented by members and non-members. All meeting and event rentals are at our NW location.

Interested in membership? Members get 3 hours per day in conference rooms for phone calls and meetings.

Conference and event rooms are great for teambuilding meetings, planning meetings, off-sites, board meetings, training meetings, self-organizing teams, conversations, presentations, workshops, and more.

  • Six conference and two event rooms are available.
  • Various areas are available for photo shoots.
  • The weekly option is popular with companies setting up an office in Portland and out-of-town guests.
