Collective Agency has 70 members and growing. There are weekly activities/events: Tuesdays 3:30pm Civics to talk about and decide what we want here followed by 4:30pm Happy Hour, Wednesdays 2pm Lightning Talks for 2 to 8 minute TED-like Talks by members, lunch every weekday 11:45am, and conversations often (but mostly people are productive working). This is our blog for members to write updates and share pictures.

Jobs Board

We’ve been getting more and more job requests, by non-members and by members.

For many jobs where the person looking to hire knows the description, rate, and timeline, I’ve been reaching out to people in the Collective Agency network, and referring them to the person looking to hire, or they refer people they know with the skills and experience.

Time is money, and money is a sign of value, so we’ve built this “Post a Job” form. Update by Alex May 2nd 2012: 0 people have wanted to pay a rate to list a job formally through “Collective Agency” staff. Members have many other coordination tools; the job board has been stopped as of today.
