Collective Agency has 70 members and growing. There are weekly activities/events: Tuesdays 3:30pm Civics to talk about and decide what we want here followed by 4:30pm Happy Hour, Wednesdays 2pm Lightning Talks for 2 to 8 minute TED-like Talks by members, lunch every weekday 11:45am, and conversations often (but mostly people are productive working). This is our blog for members to write updates and share pictures.

Lunch!

At 11:45am or noon every weekday, a bunch of us go to the food carts, pick up some delicious food, then go eat together in the bank tower across the street.

Policy Update

We were free of charge. But as we’ve grown from tens of people to hundreds of people regularly here, more than 1/3rd of people who wanted to pay, weren’t paying, because there was no need. Our rates are way less than what similar places charge. This has been the conversation with people here in the … Read More

Lessons from the first survey: People here want to be involved. 16 out of 39 people who are not currently paid members want to become paid members and are ready to start this month.
